Amy Schumer scored her first Golden Globe nomination this morning! The Towson alumnus is nominated for Best Actress In A Comedy/Musical for her role in “Trainwreck.”

“VEEP” scored two nominations, Best Comedy Series and Lead Actress In A Comedy Series for Julia Louis Dreyfus.

“House Of Cards” was nominated solely in Best Actress/Drama for Robin Wright’s performance.

Idris Elba scored two more nominations for Best Supporting Actor/Motion Picture for “Beasts Of No Nation” and Lead Actor In A TV Movie/Mini-series for “Luther.”
