Two Baltimore natives have had their TV show renewed for the 2019-2020 television season!

“Modern Family” will end after 11 successful seasons on ABC. Julie Bowen snagged two Emmy Awards for Supporting Actress In A Comedy Series (2011 and 2012) for her role as Claire Dunphy.

Deadline reports that “Mom” has been renewed for two seasons, the series’ seventh and eighth on CBS. The hold up was contract negotiations for it’s two main stars, Baltimore’s Anna Faris and Academy Award winner Allison Janney. Yes. Anna Faris was born in Baltimore. 🙂
